"Omakase", in Japanese, simply translates to "I will leave it up to you." In this Chef curated journey, you will be able to enjoy a multi-course meal of artfully presented small plates, nigiri and sashimi skillfully crafted in front of you.

Prepaid reservations for parties of 6 - 12. Booking is not confirmed until payment in full is received. I require a two week notice in order to secure fish for your unique event. (Vegetarians are charged standard rate)

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation date to another client, upon Sushi Venture approval, in the event you are not able to fulfill your booking. Sushi Venture is not able to offer a rescheduling or cancellation of your payment.
